뮤직비디오를 봐야한다.

감각적인 일러스트가 음악을 더욱 감성적 풍성하게 만든다.

그림에 대해 잘 모르지만 작가가 표현하는 색감, 질감 그리고 그림안의 오브젝트들이 하나같이 어떤 감정을 표현해낸다.

무슨 감정인지 어떻게 표현해야할지 모르겠다. 여기서 언어의 한계를 다시 느낀다.

 

작가의 손에서 그려지는 그 질감과 색 그리고 그 안에서 소통하는 오브젝트들의 이야기들을 통해 인간이 가지고 있는 복합적인 감정을 표현해낸다. 이런게 예술이 아닐까. 

 

개인적으로 바다를 그린 일러스트를 좋아하는데,

노을과 바다 그리고 어우러지는 하늘. 이 세가지 요소만 있어도 벅찬 감정이 올라온다. 

눈으로 보는 바다보다도 그림으로 보는 바다가 더 감동적일 때가 있다.

그것은 인간이 인위적인 감정을 그림으로 가미해서이지 않을까. 

실제 세계와는 다른 색깔, 그리고 현실과는 다른 Texture 로 인해 그것은 현실보다 더 사람이라는 존재에 다가오는 작품이 되는것 같다. 

 

이 뮤직비디오의 일러스트 작가는 lossapardo 였고, 그의 일러스트는 보는 순간 가슴에서 벅차오르는 무언가가 있었다.

적막함, 외로움, 공허함, 냉소적인, 다운된, 자포자기한 그렇지만 스스로 고양되고자하는 작은 그런 의지

내가 생각하는 이 뮤직비디오를 표현하는 언어적 감정은 그렇다.
